I am Michael Wright and I started HYPERFOCUSED! because I was wanting to learn about ADHD as I suspected that I was living with it. I have developed resources, started a Strava fitness club, podcast and blog posts, clothing and accessories and ways of interacting with others also talking about neurodivergence.
