A number of people have contacted me since I started writing about ADHD saying that many of the traits felt familiar. This is exactly why I started doing this, I think that there are significant numbers of undiagnosed people with ADHD around trying to make sense of their world.

As a first step I’d recommend completing the ASRS form (for adults) that helps indicate how likely you may be to have ADHD.
Then if you score high you may want to explore further.
