Well I’ve got my ADHD assessment booked in next Tuesday.

Really hoping that it comes out with a diagnosis or else I’ve got many unanswered questions!

Booked in for a 90 minute appointment. Will let you know how it goes.

It’s a vulnerable place to be, and whilst I’ll probably have to wait for an answer it is important to me that I know whether this is ADHD or not.

Already whatever the answer I have realised how underdiagnosed it is and misunderstood so for the likes of my son and others I’ll keep raising awareness.
