Happy to say that I’ve put together a one-minute teaser to help people new to Hyperfocused to get a feel for what the site and community aims to do.

As well as the website we have a Facebook group and page, LinkedIn page, Pinterest profile (not sure I really get it yet), Instagram profile, Tik Tok profile and X presence with a YouTube channel too.

It’s great to check the metrics and see rises in clicks and likes etc but much more powerful are comments and messages about how raised awareness is helping people to help themselves and others.
