I’m so pleased to be able to tell folks that we are launching what will hopefully become a series of virtual meetups around a theme.
The first one will take place via Zoom on Tuesday 23 June 2026 at 12pm, so a midday start (UK time). It will be on the theme of RSD (Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria) which can be one of the very toughest aspects of ADHD and can be experienced by those without it too.
Many of us are far too familiar with the crushing pain of being criticised or even the thought that this is happening, or you are being overlooked/rejected etc.
So let’s find out more about it and discuss how we can take steps to minimise the impact it can have on our daily lives.
The format for this meetup will be as follows:
- 12pm Welcome and introductions
- 12.10pm Talk from Becky Durran (ADHD coach) on RSD
- 12.40pm Question and answer session
- 12.50pm open chat among attendees
The talk will be recorded so can be accessed if you cannot make it. If you can make it live you will benefit from the Q&A session and informal chat to finish which will not be recorded.
This event to launch our series of meetups is free of charge to all attendees.
