This is a site created through lived experience of ADHD as a late diagnosed middle-aged man. I lead the representative body of GPs in Nottinghamshire, RAF veteran, former Samaritans volunteer and trainer and above all a dad of four. I want to reduce stigma and misinformation. I want to help people find themselves and naviagate their ADHD journey – we’ve got your back! The resources are aimed at those who have traits consistent with ADHD but also those around them – family, friends, colleagues, employers etc.
Remember that you really are GOOD ENOUGH!
